This is a story of how some police and politicians continue to try to force a police state on us. This man is being tried for recording an event that occurred in a public space. Some in Illinois believe that police are not subject to the law so the filming of these public servants is "eavesdropping". In other words, its none of our business what the police do....

This was called "Involuntary Manslaughter" by the courts in Oakland. There doesn't appear to be anything involuntary nor close to manslaughter in this video. This was murder. State sanctioned murder. Outside of the murder, there was further injustice in that they reduced the charge to involuntary manslaughter after the police officer decided to fight the murder...
