The National Education Administration held a press conference in response to the brewing academic scandal in Atlanta school district and others.
"You have to understand that we are in a very sensitive situation in that we have to adhere to two competing laws "No Child Left Behind" and "Every Teacher Can Cheat"." said Administration president Kylie Loughlin. "The standards are so high in "No Child Left Behind" that we were forced to comply with "Every Teacher Can Cheat" in order to ensure that we continued to receive our funding. "
She continued, " 'Every Teacher Can Cheat' is an awesome tool that allows for our students and teachers to learn cooperative skills and proper methods of effective communication, including non-verbal skills and secret keeping. Unfortunately, 'Every Teacher Can Cheat' has led to more than a few... shall we say, 'personal relationships' between teachers and students."
